These great IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistor) are ideal for controlling motors and other loads in all manner of projects.

Rated at 600 volt, 14 amp, with a Vf of 1.1 volts at 2 amp. They are in the surface mount TO-252 package, which is big enough to handle easily. Supplied on tape.
