Heatsink compound softpack

This is a small quantity of silicone heatsink compound in a paper softpack, ready for use. Just cut the corner off the softpack and squeeze out the compound.

Ideal for use on ICs, power LEDs etc. There's enough compound in each softpack to do one or two devices, depending on the size of the device.

Ideal where you only need a small amount of compound and don't want to open a larger tube.
