I have just received a good number of various power LED emitters, including Cree, Luxeon and Osram. They are all new, prime spec LEDs, and are the excess LEDs from the beginning of reels from circuit board assemblers.
These are cool white Golden Dragon emitters from an unknown brightness and colour bin, but they are a nice bright white when lit.
These LEDs are bare emitters, not pre-mounted on a metal clad circuit board, you must mount them on a suitable heatsink in order to use them at anywhere near their rated current!
Datasheet is here. May be supplied on tape or loose. Note: if these light up red when you apply power, then you have the polarity wrong! They have a reverse polarity protection LED built in.
