These are white Lumileds 1 watt Luxeon stars with the side emitting lens. They are rated at 40 lumens at 350mA. Vf is typically 3.4 volts.

These feature the standard 20mm hexagonal metal PCB

While they only produce about a third of the light output of a top level Cree LED for the same energy use, these Luxeons are much cheaper and are a great way to get into high power LEDs at a decent price.
