This is the smallest SPDT lever action switch I've ever seen. It is made for right angle PC board mounting with 3 pins on 0.1" centres.

Size of the switch body is only 0.3" x 0.2" x 0.1" (7.5 x 5 x 2.5mm), excluding the tiny metal lever. These are perfect for use in robots and miniature circuitry. Made by Panasonic.
