Payment termsPayments for purchase orders from approved entities are strictly net 14 days. For all other orders, payment by credit card (via Paypal), or a direct deposit is required with order prior to shipment of goods.
Orders that are not paid for at the time they are placed will be cancelled if payment or contact from the buyer has not been received within 5 days. Orders that are then subsequently paid for will of course be reinstated and filled once payment has cleared.
PricesQuoted prices will be firm for a period of 14 days. Webshop prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. No GST is included as LEDsales is not registered into the GST system (see below).
Minimum order valueNote that for orders that total less than $10 (excluding shipping) there is a $5 Low Order Fee which is applied during checkout. Note that you can go back to the cart at any time during the checkout process before the final submit order button to add items to your order or adjust quantities to eliminate the fee.
GSTLEDsales is currently not registered into the GST system as annual turnover is less than $75,000.
Title of goodsTitle of the goods shall only pass to the buyer following full payment of the invoiced amount.
InsuranceInsurance is currently not available.
Freight on returnsIf an item proves to have been defective at the time of purchase, LEDsales will pay for the freight of any replacement item. The buyer accepts liability for freight costs incurred in the return of warranty repair.
WarrantyDiscrete LEDs, components and surplus items have no warranty as LEDsales has no control over how they are used. Manufacturer's warranty (normally 3-12 months) applies for other items.
Back ordersThis webshop utilises active stock control. Back-ordering of goods for orders made via the webshop should not be necessary.
Cancellation of an orderOrders may be cancelled within 1 hour of the order being placed. Goods will be held until confirmation of the order is received.
LEDsales reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason that we deem makes it necessary to do so, including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, webshop errors or pricing errors. If a cancelled order has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
