5mm superbright diffused flashing blue LED - 6V max

These are a superbright 5mm flashing blue LED with a wide angle blue tinted diffuse case. Brightness is around 1000mcd at a quite wide beam angle, so they are good for general purpose indicators that have to gain attention!

Flash rate approximately 1.5Hz.

Maximum recommended supply voltage is 6V, we have tested them to 7V and they are okay, but above that they revert to a mode where they flash normally, but the LED still glows dimly on the off cycle. We expect these have 5V flashing chips in them.
