M602 Ding Dong Doorbell IC - SMD version

This IC was the heart of millions of doorbells all around the world, but it has become scarce in recent years. We just bought a large quantity of these ICs and so here they are. This is the surface mount version, which is even rarer!

These ICs are very easy to use and require just a few extra components. SO-8 surface mount package. Datasheet is here.

Note, the tubes these are supplied in are to difficult to cut, so they are supplied loose in antistatic bags.
