Silicone thermal interface material

This is ideal for power LEDs, power semis and anywhere you need good heat transfer between a device and a heatsink. It consists of fibreglass reinforced silicone and is quite tough. It is not adhesive!

Material comes as a 220mm x 150mm sheet, so there's quite a lot there and you can cut it to fit whatever shape you need.
