5mm Red/Green standard brightness bipolar LED

This is a standard brightness 5mm bicolour LED for general indication and other purposes. These LEDs have a standard 5mm body with two leads, but contain two LEDs connected in reverse-parallel. When the LED is connected positive to the long lead, the red LED lights, and when connected positive to the short lead, the green LED lights. Drive them with AC and they appear orange. If you vary the mark-space ratio in the AC waveform then you can make any colour between red and green, such as yellow, deep orange or whatever.

White diffuse case. Vf is around 2V for each colour, max current 20mA. Brightness is around 10-20mcd per colour, viewing angle is around 60 degrees.
