Diffuse 4 pin 5mm RGY LED - common anode

These LEDs contain three separate LED chips, red (630nm), green (525nm) and yellow/amber (590nm). By driving the three chips separately, you can produce any mix of those colours that you wish. Perfect for yes/no/maybe indicators, battery indicators, models, or any other application requiring red, green and yellow in the one LED.

They are packaged in the standard 5mm milky white diffused LED package but have 4 leads, not 2, with a 1.25mm pin spacing (there is one common anode lead and three separate cathode leads - one for each colour).

These are superbright LEDs, all at a fairly wide viewing angle of around 50 degrees. Continuous current per LED chip is 20mA (60mA for total package).
