5mm RGB fast animating conical indent LED

These low cost LEDs have a 5mm flat top case with a conical indent at the end and disperse light in a wide pattern, both sideways and out of the flat end.

They are RGB LEDs fitted with an inbuilt controller chip that lets them produce a sequence of colour changes and mixes, which includes both fast and medium speed sequences. Ideal for eye-catching displays that eliminates the need for external controllers.

They are idea where the LEDs need be seen from a wide angle, or just for decorative purposes, as they are similar to the LEDs used in many Xmas lights.

Assume a forward voltage of around 3V and max continuous forward current of 20mA.
