Optosupply dual linear LED driver IC

These are not really resistors, but are in fact dual linear constant current drivers in the one package. They have a maximum input withstand voltage of 70 volts and have a fixed output current of 16mA (13-18mA range) per channel (both channels can be paralleled).

They come in a TO-92 package and look just like a small signal transistor, only light blue.

Use them just like resistors (the middle pin is the common cathode). The only requirements are that the supply voltage is 3.5 volts or so above the LED Vf, and that you don't exceed their power dissipation rating.
