0.6W warm white 3V single ended LED filament

These are becoming popular in replacement lamps for incandescent globes, but now you can get them separately for experimentation. They use a slightly flexible PCB substrate with multiple LED chips connected in parallel, all covered in a phosphor.

These are rated at 3 volts at 200mA total, 0.6W continuous. Colour temperature is 2700k. Total length is 73mm, with a 68mm long light emitting area. Around 2.6mm diameter.

Use them to make your own custom lamps, or even novel digital displays (like a big numitron, just LED!)

The anode is the lead with the small hole in it.
