0.5 watt blue 8mm LED

These are a wide angle blue LED in an 8mm case. Basic specs are:

Continuous forward current: 150mA
Power dissipation: 0.5 watts
Operating temperature: -30 to +85°
Soldering temperature: 260°
Forward voltage: 3.2 to 3.6V
Wavelength: 460nm
Viewing angle: 140 degrees

Please note: the anode on these is indicated by the longer lead, the leadframe arrangement and "cathode flat" on the case flange may be reversed for some LEDs, always use the longer lead as the anode or test the devices first.
