RGB superbright 5050 3-chip SMD LEDs

Superbright RGB LEDs ideal for anywhere a compact LED is required. These are 5050 size (5mm square) and contain 3 separate LED chips (one chip of each red, green and blue). Drive each chip at 20mA for a total of 60mA.

You will need reasonable SMD skills to work with these!

Colour: Red (618-625nm), Green (515-520nm) and Blue (455-460nm).
Intensity: Red: 170-280mcd, Green: 600-750mcd, Blue: 70-130mcd, all at 120 degree angle.
Vf: 3.0-3.4V (green and blue), 2-2.4V (red)
If: 20mA max per chip
Viewing angle: 120°
