XL4015 stepdown DC-DC converter with current and voltage control

These nice little DC-DC converters use the XL4015 converter IC. They are ideal when you need to step down a DC voltage at a up to a few amps. Because they have both constant current and constant voltage modes, you can use them to directly drive power LEDs, as they will limit the current through the LED.

Note: there are two versions of this unit, we stock the heavier duty model with the black PCB (the lighter duty model has a red PCB), thicker 0.7mm wire on the inductor and a heavier duty 10A diode.

Note that "over current" is the same as current limiting when using it as a current limiting LED driver.
