5mm flashing amber LED - 5 volts

Superbright flashing amber/yellow (590nm) LED. Rated at 2,000mcd at 20 degree angle at 20mA. Maximum input voltage 5 volts, even when using a resistor (when the LED is off, it's internal chip sees the full supply voltage, which should remain under 5V).

Because of the voltage limitation of these LEDs (they are older stock with 5V ICs), we are selling them at a lower cost. They are ideal for microcontroller and other 3-5V projects. Must be used with a resistor of course.
