5mm 20,000mcd superbright red LED

The supplier rates these at 20,000 mcd at 20mA current at a viewing angle of 20 degrees. They are indeed very bright and are ideal where you need a really bright red LED.

Note: sometimes these LEDs are manufactured with the case flange flat (which normally indicates the cathode) on the anode side of the LED instead. The lead lengths are correct, ie the short lead is the cathode. Please only use the lead length to identify the cathode, or test the LEDs before using if you are unsure.
