12W, 6V, 400nm UV LED on copper PCB

These are rated at around 12W and have 4 x 3W UV chips wired in a 2x2 arrangement. Forward voltage is 6.5-7.5V and maximum current is 1.2A, however we think this is conservative as these LEDs have large chips, much larger than common 3W LEDs. You should be able to drive these to around 2A provided you use adequate heatsinking.

LED itself is a 6565 case (6.5mm square) and it is mounted on a 20mm copper star PCB. Rated wavelength is around 400nm. Rated beam angle is 60°. These are a great way to get a lot of UV light in a small emitter source.
