12-24V to 75V, 700mA adjustable boost LED driver

These amazing constant current drivers are made as replacement LED drivers for flat screen TVs. They feature a nominal 12V DC input (IC operation voltage is 10-18V) and an output of up to 75V at a fixed 470mA. The output stage uses a 100V ME15N10 MOSFET and a 100V output filter capacitor.

Perfect for driving long strings of 1W or 3W LEDs or high voltage LED arrays.

Note that while the default output current is around 470mA, there are four pre-fitted paralleled resistors on the board which can be removed or changed (two 1 ohm and two 5.1 ohm). The driver uses a BIT3260 IC which has a 0.2V feedback voltage, so the output current is equal to 0.2V/Rfb where Rfb is the resistance of the paralleled resistors.

The driver also features an enable input. Connections are via locking SIP connectors, but the pins are labelled on the underneath of the board, so you can easily solder directly to the input and output pins.

All in all, a very neat driver for custom lighting, or even fixing the backlight on your TV/monitor!
