PB137 12V battery charger regulator

These three terminal regulators are used just like a 78-series regulator, such as a 7805. They output a fixed 13.7V at up to 1.5A continuous and are designed for keeping 12V lead-acid batteries on float charge, for use in systems like UPSes and the like.

All they require is a 1uF input capacitor and 10uF output capacitor. They feature current limiting, over-temperature protection, reverse leakage of less than 10uA (into the device itself, they don't work as a reverse current flow protection from Vo to Vi), and a 2V dropout voltage.
