150mW, large spot diameter laser module - 660nm

These amazing modules produce a large diameter spot of red laser light. The spot is around 16mm diameter at 1 metre, around 50mm diameter at 8 metres.

They come complete with a tiny inline driver, all you need is a 3V to 5V DC power source that can provide a few hundred milliamps.

Note: being a laser diode module, not a complete laser pointer, there are no power restrictions on these devices. However, we encourage responsible use of lasers. Never look directly into the beam, or direct the beam towards other people or animals. Never direct the beam towards vehicles or aircraft.
