Adjustable LED flasher and breathing module

This little module measures 27 x 15mm and can control LEDs, LED strip or even incandescent lamps. It has three modes:

• Dimming: lights are on continuously, brightness adjustable (between 6% and 97%)
• Flashing: lights flash, speed adjustable from 20 flashes a second down to one flash every 3 seconds (approx)
• Breathing: lights ramp up and down in brightness, speed adjustable between 5 cycles a second down to one cycle every 10 seconds. Note that lights never turn completely off in breathing mode.

Modes are changed by a short press of the button, while press-and-hold changes the speed. The module remembers the previous settings.

Note that the module doesn't have onboard current limiting, so when used with LEDs, you must use resistors (LED strip has resistors onboard already).

Input voltage range is 5V-24V and rated current is specified as 1A, but the module uses an LR7843 MOSFET which has massively higher ratings, so you should be able to push this module to a few amps at least (we haven't tested it past 1A).
