Absolutely tiny constant current switchmode LED driver

These are the tiniest switchmode LED drivers we've found so far. They measure just 6.5mm wide by 9mm long and have a complete constant current switchmode driver onboard. Output current is a fixed 150mA, and we have tested these with 1 to 3 LEDs in series and they work great.

Input voltage requirement is 9 to 24V AC or DC (input polarity doesn't matter as the drivers have an input bridge rectifier), and as you would expect for a switchmode driver, higher input voltages mean lower input currents. Maximum output power is rated at 2W.

These drivers feature overheat protection, short circuit protection and output open circuit protection.

All in all, a great little driver for embedded applications where space is extremely limited.
