Ding dong doorbell kit

It has been said that you are not a true electronics enthusiast unless you have made a dong-dong doorbell. Well, here’s a simple kit that does exactly that!

Many electronics DIYers make a simple ding-dong doorbell as one of their first projects, often using a common 555 IC, but they usually sound terrible. But, there is a better way, or at least a different way that produces a nicer sounding doorbell.

This kit uses a dedicated M602 IC which was designed to do one thing—make a two tone doorbell sound.

Kit comes with all components, including a 50mm 1W mylar speaker and a pushbutton switch. You will need a case and power supply, check the options list to see what we have.
