5V, 0.5W warm white/cool white LED with resistor

These feature a bicolour 3030 sized SMD LED on a standard 16mm circular PCB with a 20 ohm current limiting resistor.

Designed for use directly on 5V without drivers, these draw around 90mA (0.45W total) and are ideal where you need a simple LED for 5V use that runs cool.

You can either drive these directly from 5V, or if you want to use them on a different voltage, connect your current control devive (driver IC, resistor or whatever) to the "+3V" connection point.
